Glendale Finance Ltd is a Finance Broker. We work together with a panel of asset finance lenders to find a suitable arrangement that meets your needs.

You have instructed us to provide a service to obtain an approval for a finance agreement. In order to complete your instruction we are required to process and transmit your personal data to the chosen asset finance lender. Your data may be processed by phone, email, text or post.

As part of our policy we will hold your personal data on file for up to 7 years after the agreement has ended or longer if requested.

At any time you may request a copy of the personal data we store about you, the financial institutions we work with and a list of our data protection policies and procedures.

If at any point you believe the information we have on record is incorrect, you can request to see this and have it corrected, or if you wish to raise a complaint on how we have handled your personal data, you can contact us to have the matter investigated.

Should you wish to make a complaint you can obtain a copy of our complaint’s procedure, please contact below. We will acknowledge your complaint within 10 working days. We aim to resolve complaints within 30 days and to provide a final response to all complaints within 60 days.

If your agreement is regulated under the Consumer Credit Act, and if after making a complaint you are still unhappy and feel that the matter has not been resolved to your satisfaction, you can contact the Financial Ombudsman Service( http:/www.financial-ombudsman.org.uk ).
